My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient and the staff friendly and helpful. However, the room I initially received had a water leak above the bed, which led to us having to switch rooms, and the cleanliness was not up to par. The price we got through Hotwire was decent, but there were some issues that impacted the overall stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms had a bit of an excessive air freshener scent but were still comfortable with a classic touch in red, yellow, and black decor. The service was very friendly, and the staff even left a card to show the room had been cleaned. The location was convenient, close to stores and restaurants. However, the dining experience was lacking with unattended and dirty areas. The facilities were satisfactory with laundry services available.
